I’ve seen many post regarding this place on many travel groups I belong to. The Garden certainly has lots of picturesque views you can share on your social media accounts. Let’s see some.
How to Go?
Located beside the huge Philippine Arena, the Garden with its spacious 4.4 hectare area is just an hour away if your coming from Manila. You can commute via bus from Cubao (Del Carmen Bus) and ride a tricycle from the drop-off point. Or if you plan on bringing your car, take the Philippine Arena exit and follow your favorite navi app from there. We took a narrow winding road but it’s shorter from the usual.
The price for adults is P450 each. Note that DSLRs and of course, drones are not allowed. So bring out that mobile photography skills in you.
What to See?
🌺 The Garden arches. I think this one’s the closest to the entance. However, you can take many different routes on touring all the sections of the garden.
The arches are heart-shaped covered in flora. It’s somewhat similar to what we’ve seen in National Orchid Garden, Singapore. It’s really picturesque at night with its changing color of lights bouncing at it.
🌺 Orchidarium offers a wide variety of orchids. The area is a bit small but yet houses lots of fauna and flora.
🌺 Glass Dome. This is where most people spend their time the most. It’s air-conditioned, with lots of benches making it a great place to hang out or rest your feet off.
🌺 Japanese Garden. Lots of Japanese plants plus a realistic view of a classic Japan setting. The white sand around the house looks really cool
🌺 Animal World. It’s a mini zoo but you’ll meet cool animals you’ve never seen before. Some present are alpacas, white tiger, white carabao, crocodiles, etc.
Second Part of The Garden
🌺The newer developed area is located near the glass dome. Before walking down the stairs, you can have a majestic view of it best seen during dusk or just when their lights are switched on.
🌺 Life-sized statues. Bring out the kids in you with larger-than-life statues of various superheroes from the comics and films.
Our personal favourites are the large peacocks and the huge teddy bear.
🌺 Giant Teddy Bear. It’s a Philippine version of the Teddy Bear located in Dubai Miracle Garden. It’s so cute with its kilig aura that we witnessed a guy proposing to his girlfriend in front of it. ❤️
🍭 Candy land. Walking the whole afternoon on this marvelous landscape made our feet tired. We took some rest at candy land and grabbed some milk tea and snacks.
Our overall experience at The Garden was great. The flowers are indeed blooming and attractive. Together with the artistic arrangement and touch of colorful lights, the place was transformed to a picturesque one. Definitely worth going to.
